Where do you ship and how long does delivery take ?
We currently ship within Indonesia only.
Delivery to Bali takes 2–7 business days, while other Indonesian regions take 7–21 business days via road transport.
We’re working to expand shipping to the EU, ASEAN, and Australia. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Will I pay customs, VAT or import duties ?
Within Indonesia: Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address—what you see is what you pay, no surprises.
Outside Indonesia: For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and shipping charges payable to the carrier or local customs (these fees are not included at checkout).
What’s included in the box ?
Everything you need to ride: the bike, charger, pedals, basic tool kit, and a quick-start guide. No hunting for extras - unbox, set up, ride.
Is assembly required ?
Minimal. Most of the bike is pre-assembled.
How far can I ride on a single charge ?
Up to 100 km / 62 miles under typical city conditions. Range varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure and assist level. Pro tip: use eco/medium assist and keep tires properly inflated for maximum range.
How long does charging take and what charger do I need ?
A full charge takes 4-6 hours with the included charger. Plug into any standard wall outlet. The charger stops when the battery is full.
Can I ride in the rain? What’s the water resistance ?
Yes, FliS is built for real-world weather. The bike carries an IPX4 rating, meaning it withstands rain and water splashes from any direction.
It’s not submersible, so avoid riding through deep water and do not use pressure washers (they can force water into bearings and electronics). After wet rides, wipe the bike dry and let connectors/ports air-dry to keep everything in top shape.
How do I make my battery last longer over time ?
Simple habits go a long way:
- Charge between 20%–80% for daily use; full charge before longer trips.
- Store around 25 °C and around 50% if not riding for weeks.
- Avoid leaving the battery empty or in direct heat for long periods.
What warranty do you offer ?
We offer a one-year statutory warranty on all bike components (accessories excluded), and an extended three-year warranty on the battery.
What’s your return policy ?
We accept returns for items in new and unused condition. This policy applies only within Indonesia.
